Judson Memorial Baptist Church encourages and welcomes the LGBTQ community to get involved and attend our church services. We are a united community grounded in spirituality, and we provide sanctuary for all who come to us. We open ourselves to God's power of healing and love as we honor our differences and seek justice and mercy together.
We celebrate the unique gifts each of us have been given and welcome everyone regardless of age, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, religious or ethnic background, or economic circumstance. We are a thriving, liberal congregation that increases our love of God, our neighbors, creation, and ourselves through hospitality, the arts, education, and spirituality.
While we come from many different backgrounds, we are united in our journeys of spiritual and intellectual growth, and putting our faith into our everyday lives. Music, prayer, scripture, poetry, and preaching are important parts of our worship services that help us with our spiritual development. Our services are inclusive of many different views, and honor our unique ways of understanding and naming God. Our worship service begins at 9:30 am on Sunday mornings and last for about an hour. There is a coffee time for our congregation following the service which serves as a great opportunity to meet and socialize with other members and find out more about Judson. No matter who you are or where you are on your journey, you are welcome here! Come soon, we are waiting for you!
