St. David's Episcopal Church invites the LGBTQ community for prayer services. We are a friendly congregation with many opportunities for worship, Christian education, nurturing, service, community outreach, and stewardship.
Our church was founded over 50 years ago and in that time, our congregation has grown to about 300 members of all ages, races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, gender identities, and backgrounds. We have a diverse congregation and we offer a variety of programs; there is something for everyone! We take our worship very seriously at St. David's, as it is our highest calling. The 8:00 am service is quiet and contemplative and without music, while the 10:30 am service is more upbeat and includes joyful singing of the congregation. Our mission is to embrace and affirm a community of faith that seeks to keep all hearts and minds open to the spirit of Christ through worship, learning, family, fellowship, and service.
We at St. David's have created a supportive community where all are welcome to worship, learn, and prepare to go out into the world to love and serve the Lord. We are an inclusive and vital parish with an exciting future as we continue to evolve and grow. When you visit our church, you will find a dynamic and spirit-filled congregation who value the time, talent, and treasure God has given you. We challenge each other spiritually and intellectually, while we seek to glorify God in ways that move the heart and mind with a variety of color and reverence.
